Avi Nash is an American actor, born on January 24, 1991, in the United States. The son of immigrants from Guyana and India, he grew up in New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas. Nash studied mathematical and computational sciences at Stanford University while performing with its Shakespeare Company. He formally trained at Actor Prepares in Mumbai and earned a master's in acting from LAMDA. Nash made his feature-film debut opposite Ben Kingsley and Patricia Clarkson in Learning to Drive, followed by roles in Barry, There There, The Braid and The Weight. He gained wider recognition as physician Siddiq in The Walking Dead. His television credits also include Silicon Valley, the Black Mirror episode "Joan Is Awful" and Secret Service. Nash plays IT analyst Lukas Kyle in Apple TV's dystopian science-fiction series Silo. Before acting full-time, he worked as an English teacher, bicycle-tour guide and restaurant cook.
