Pamela Blair

Born in Bennington, Vermont, Pamela Blair moved to New York City at age 16 to attend the National Academy of Ballet and later studied acting at HB Studio. She held her first major Broadway dance role in the 1968 musical comedy Promises, Promises. In 1980 she landed the recurring role of Elizabeth Shrank Ryan in Ryan's Hope, and then she took on the role of Annette in the 1982 film Annie. 

Pamela Blair died of complications from colon surgery at the age of 73
