Born in London, England, Emma D'Arcy is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. D'Arcy took up theatre, first as a set designer before moving into acting and directing while studying Fine Art at the Ruskin School of Art. They are also the Joint Artistic Director of the Forward Arena Theatre Company. Their screen debut was as Naomi Richards in the 2018 series Wanderlust.
