Vivian Chan is a native Brooklynite who has a passion to feed, teach and engage people with food. Earning a BA in Media Arts from CUNY Hunter College and a Culinary Arts degree from International Culinary Center, this seasoned New Yorker was mentored by Anita Lo during her time as a line cook at Annisa. From cooking at a Michelin starred restaurant to developing a tea and coffee line, Ambessa, under Marcus Samuelsson. She discovered a love to combine her media roots and love for food at the Food Network.
