Deborah Anne Duchon was born June 24 in Covington, Kentucky. She married Paul Tamaroff in 1988 and they started their own company Attorneys' Personal Services. Duchon earned a Master degree in Anthropology from Georgia State University. She died on October 14, 2019 from glioblastoma.
