Born in Panama and spending her early years in Costa Rica, Marta Cross began her acting career on stage at the age of 9. She began her film career when her family moved to Texas where she landed leading roles in horror films. She moved to Los Angeles following her theatrical debut. She has had acclaim in the independent film world for her starring role in the Berlinale Panorama feature Short Cut To Hollywood.
Marta's love for film-making developed into writing and producing in Texas, working with local filmmakers to bring their movies from page to screen.
