Dr. James Serrling Corum is a Military Historian specializingn in Air Power and a scholar of counter-insurgency. He has written several books on various military topics. Dr. Corum is a retired Lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve. Dr. Corum holds batchelor degrees from both Brown and Oxford Universitys and a Phd in History from Queens, University, Canada.
