Maev Beaty is an award-winning Canadian actor, writer, voiceover artist, and theatre creator, born in 1977 and based in Toronto, Ontario. She is known for her work on Beau Is Afraid (2023), Mouthpiece (2018), Marco's Oriental Noodles (2017), and King Lear (2015). Beaty grew up on farms in the Thousand Islands region of Ontario and completed high school in Kingston. She graduated from the drama program at University College, University of Toronto, in 1999.
