Alfonso Cuarón

Born in Mexico City, Alfonso Cuarón began his career working on television in Mexico, first as a technician and then as a director. He is the only filmmaker to have twice won Best Director at the Oscars, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, and DGA Awards with Gravity (2013) and Roma (2018)
