Jeffrey F. January

Jeffrey F. January is a television director and assistant director. Certainly no stranger to the horror genre, January's career in the genre traces back to 1988 when he was a movement consultant on the film Bad Dreams. He worked as a production assistant on the zombie comedy Dead Heat that same year, then went on to work on films such as The Jigsaw Murders, Dark Tide, Not of This Earth, the remake of A Bucket of Blood, Tremors 4: The Legend Begins and more.

January returned to zombie lore in 2011 when he began working as a first assistant director on the AMC survival horror series, The Walking Dead. He started with the season two premiere, "What Lies Ahead" and continued to work on the series throughout.

In 2012, January began working as a first assistant director (second unit) on the MTV teen drama series Teen Wolf, beginning with the premiere episode of season two, "Omega". He worked on six episodes from season two of the show and seven episodes from season three.

Jeffrey F. January made his directorial debut in 2014 with the "Four Walls and a Roof" episode from season five of The Walking Dead. His next episode was "Always Accountable" in season six.
