Casey Lary was born and raised in Northern California. Casey has had a busy few years as a Covid ICU nurse. Before that, she was an English teacher in Japan, a recruiter in Silicon Valley and an advertising project manager. Being a COVID ICU nurse has taught Casey how to lead a team, react quickly, keep composure and learn new skills while making life or death decisions.
Casey is an avid athlete and is always training for the next triathlon or competition. She completed the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon and successfully swam from "the Rock" to shore in a 1.5-mile swim followed by a 20-mile bike ride and 6-mile run through the hills of San Francisco.
