Born in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Jared Abrahamson worked the mines and trained in mixed martial arts, deciding at the age of 20 to chase his dream of becoming an actor. Graduating from Vancouver Film School, his first professional role was a lead in Hallmark's 2011 Finding a Family.
