Johnny Capps is a British producer and writer. After graduating from the University of Manchester, he began his career as a script editor for Paul Abbott before moving to the BBC as Development Executive, working on a number of productions including Dangerfield (1997). He later story edited Peak Practice before going on to produce the first series of As If (2001). Capps is best known for co-creating the BBC fantasy adventure series Merlin (2008-2012) and Atlantis (2013-2015).
