Manu Intiraymi is an American film actor, writer, director and producer, born in Santa Cruz, California, United States. As an actor, he played the former Borg Ichebon on the television series Star Trek: Voyager and Billy on One Tree Hill. His producing includes the independent films Benjamin Troubles, 5th Passenger, and The Circuit.
