Jack Hoffman is an American gold miner and reality television personality best known for appearing on Discovery Channel's Gold Rush. A longtime prospector, Hoffman first pursued gold mining in Alaska in the 1980s before returning there in 2010 with his son, Todd Hoffman, as part of the original Hoffman crew featured on Gold Rush. He later appeared with Todd and his grandson Hunter Hoffman on the spin-off series Hoffman Family Gold.
