H. MARION CRAWFORD was a veteran actor who played the humorous Dr. Watson on the " Sherlock Holmes" show. A native of London ( born there in 1914), he made innumerable appearances on the BBC and the London stage, and received the National Radio Award from the London Daily Mail as the best actor of 1952-1953. His most recent motion pictures included " Where's Charley" and " Knights of the Round Table." Mr. Crawford's hobbies were vintage cars and eating good food.
