Police helicopter crews are menaced by revenge-seeking rooftop snipers. In an episode entitled “Ambush,” Officers Gil Foley and Don Burdick are airborne when they observe a strange incident — several men on the rooftops below suddenly disappear from sight. Later, they connect the incident to an ad in an underground newspaper offering a reward to anyone who shoots down a police helicopter.
An investigation reveals that the man behind it all is out to avenge the death of his brother, who was killed in a police shootout.
