Mona (Juliet Prowse) is pleased when Mike (Denny Miller) leaves to attend a reunion of his old squadron, but she becomes suspicious when General Crone (Herbert Rudley) tells her he knows nothing of the affair, in “How to Put Out an Old Flame". Mona makes General Crone drive her to the restaurant where the reunion is supposed to be taking place. There she sees Mike alone with a beautiful girl, but she doesn't know that the girl, Cindy (Lisa Gaye), is also in the Air Force and a former member of Mike's old group.
