Mona's two spinster aunts, Agatha (Dorothy Neumann) and Margaret (Madge Blake), puzzle Mike (Denny Miller) by snubbing him when they come to visit Mona, in “My Husband, the Wife Beater.” Mike's bewilderment grows when he offers the aunts a box of candy, and they stomp on it. He is more baffled when a stranger, Elbert Hathaway (Med Flory), enters the house and slugs him.
