Rick (James Houghton) yells too much at his volunteer firefighters during a drill, and they run off. Meanwhile, there are kids on a homemade life raft drifting at sea, a drunk who nearly drowned himself in his car, a moonshiner, and finally, a fire, when all is set right on this show.
