A firebug on the island causes several alarms for the CODE R guys. Also, George (Martin Kove) is having a romance with a young girl (Joanne Nail) from his past. The island residents react fearfully when an arsonist continues to set random fires, and Rick and a young teen-age couple barely miss becoming casualties. Walt enlists the residents to join the island rescue forces on a fire watch, but their fears lead them to suspect one another.
