Located in the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Louis-Marie and Action break down a lamb, check in on some dry-aging pigeons, and then have an epic lunch.

In today's episode, Action visits the young men behind the burgeoning Badmaash restaurant empire, Nakul and Arjun Mahendro. The brothers wanted Action to cook and sample some of their family's food, which they had their mother and father come in and make for them in the test kitchen behind their burger restaurant, Burgers 99. In this episode of FTD, Action Bronson scours New York City for the most obscure burger he can find. We started off our search in Chinatown, where we had simple and classic lamb burgers at JoJo Duck. Then, we headed over to Saigon Social in the Lower East Side for a round of delicious appetizers before tasting a one-of-a-kind banh mi burger. Our adventure wrapped up at BK Jani in Williamsburg, known for its famous and top-reviewed Jani burger with a mint chutney twist. Enjoy!

Then, we headed over to Yu Chan for their take on ice soup, a recipe that can be traced back to the 1300's. Hibi provided the ultimate summer drinks, from matcha white strawberry soda to a pear and soju cocktail, alongside unique bites of flavors like geoduck.
