So, although represented here and in many other databases as such, this can't be the first episode. "Chair" was the secret word, not "Wall", Toni was a sponsor, that DeSoto looks like a 1957, and they didn't introduce Julius the Duck till later. Fenneman would have the word inside his jacket or on his clipboard, etc. I believe the format for tv wagering on questions was originally index cards in a filebox labeled $10 - $100 and the wheel was also a later addition.
If anyone knows of a definitive method of tracking this series, PLEASE note it here. I am SO confused. Thanks.

I can't make heads nor tails out of the episode lists. Titles based on the secret word are used repeatedly over the years on tv as well as radio. Various internet sources have conflicting information. Automobile ads seem to be the most reliable way of knowing approximately when the shows were aired (e.g. the new 1954 DeSoto will be revealed next week). If you can keep up with all the various rules changes or the part time sponsors, that might give you a clue as to newer or older episodes.
