Nico deals with the stress of the boat on the 3-month anniversary of the passing of his younger brother. Meanwhile a group of eight fun charter guests arrive ready to party down which proves a challenge for Kate and the interior. Matt makes a move on Brianna while Nico's wandering eye might end up getting him in trouble with his girlfriend back home. Nico and the exterior make a disastrous mistake during un-docking.

Captain Lee makes a decision regarding the crew's re-configuration which rocks the team to its core. Matt's date with Brianna has an unexpected outcome when they mistakenly arrive at a nude beach. Nico and Brianna grow closer despite Nico's girlfriend back in Chicago. Unexpected news sends Matt into an alcohol fueled day off. Baker takes the offensive in her friendship with EJ. Kate challenges Jen and Brianna to a stewardess speed test which has unexpected consequences.

Matt attempts to step up his cooking game, even though the alcohol fueled guests may not notice. Bruno decides to help the interior, only to discover how unorganized they are. An all-female charter, who love Jesus and cocktails, proves to be a handful for Kate and Captain Lee. As Matt continues to struggle in the galley, Captain Lee takes action to prevent further embarrassment.

After the deck team deals with major issues, Lee comes to a decision about Rhylee's future, forcing Ashton to change his management style. Ashton decides to blow off steam inviting unexpected guests to join on a crew night out. Kate invites Tanner for a sleepover, while a fight sparks between Brian and Courtney after he sends her a questionable text about their relationship. Kevin throws out his back in the galley and Lee is concerned that they might be down a chef.

Brian refuses to apologize for his behavior at the night market and tells Courtney he is "fed up," causing their relationship to be in turmoil once again. Kate's patience is tested when the primary for Charter 9, Jemele Hill, a former Sports journalist for ESPN, wants the charter ran her way. Kevin and Kate butt heads during preparations for their final beach picnic, and when Kate to take matters into her own hands, she seeks out revenge on Kevin by any means necessary. Kevin takes great pride in making a penis cake for the primary's bachelorette party. Kate seizes an opportunity to strike revenge on an old foe.

Putting the final charter at risk, Kate sets Kevin up for failure by allowing him to present the primary's requested erotic cake knowing she already went to bed.
