The BBC has commissioned a fourth series of Guz Khan’s Bafta-nominated Man Like Mobeen from Tiger Aspect, part of Banijay UK. Filming on the 4x30’ series written by Guz Khan (Army Of Thieves, The Bubble) and co-creator Andy Milligan (Undercover) is set to commence this autumn, and air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer next year.
Production has started on the third series of award-winning BBC Three comedy, Man Like Mobeen. After the cliffhanger at the end of series two, the show will return to Small Heath where Mobeen has been sucked back into the dark underworld of his criminal past. Has he gone beyond the point of no return? And what will the consequences be?
BBC Three today announces a second series of the Guz Khan comedy Man Like Mobeen, made by Tiger Aspect, part of Endemol Shine UK.
The 4x22’ commission comes following a successful first series, and will be filming in Birmingham later this year.
