Pushed to their limits on a barren, battered island, the nine survivalists are desperate for food, water and fire. The brutal conditions send one warrior to a breaking point.

Rafting through frigid, mountain rapids tests the survivalists' will and ability to work together. A brutal injury could take one of the warriors out of the challenge.

To cross a ninety-foot vertical gorge, the survivalists must work together to build a rope bridge. One warrior has to overcome a debilitating fear to complete the challenge.

Racing against the clock, the survivalists must carry a 125-pound captive through brutal terrain including sheer drops, mountain gorges, and frigid waterfalls. One warrior is given an ultimatum by his teammates.

Captured, bound, and blindfolded in the dark of night, the warriors must escape the frigid Canadian wilderness before sunrise. One survivalist goes rogue.

Isolated and alone, each exhausted survivalist must prove themselves in a grueling, overnight solo mission. Those who survive the final challenge will travel to Japan to receive a final lesson from a Ninja master.

Through never-before-seen footage and face-to-face confrontations, the survivalists provide fresh insights into the most harrowing missions and intense conflicts of the challenge when they are brought back together for the first time.
