I added this episode because I just watched it rebroadcasted on the Smithsonian Channel. I used the episode information from the cable guide. I also found it listed here: https://www.tvguide.com/tvshows/americas-hidden-stories/episodes-season-2/1000737393/. Both listed this as Season 2, Episode 8.
For some strange reason, it is not in the series listings on the Smithsonian Channel or TVDB. Also, I have not found any Season 2, Episode 7. This is the best information I could find. Please add/update when more information is found.
