The mayor of the city of Polyarny dives into an ice hole at the celebration of Walrus Day... and does not come up. At the personal request of the governor, Vitya takes a vacant place in the administration and gets acquainted with a visiting investor by the name of Lomaev. Irka is trying to get Tolya a job. Polina's mother, Antonina Vasilyevna, is coming to Polyarny. Which manages to make an indelible impression on Nemolyaev.

Vitya calls Raisa to help him and finds out that the former mayor left behind a multimillion-dollar hole in the budget. In search of a solution to this problem, he turns to Lomaev for help and finds out that he planned to demolish the city for the sake of his own business project. Vitya decides to stay in the mayor's chair and fight for the Polar to the end. Tolya and Kolya are doing repairs in Irka's apartment. And Antonina Vasilyevna arranges a debauch in kindergarten.

Tolya is trying to teach Irka to joke. Slava simulates stealing his own car to pay off the loan. Vitya apologizes to the head of the kindergarten for yesterday's incident and learns that according to the documents, the luxurious Novikov house is a failed new building of a children's institution.

Vitya and Raisa go to the Northern Economic Forum in search of investments and decide to hold the Russian Biathlon Cup in Polyarny. Lomaev's companions put the latter in front of the fact that no Cup should take place in the Polar. And Nemolyaev is taking Antonina on an exotic date.

Vitya is re-educating local officials. Angela finds out that she has one year left to get pregnant. And also about what Hurts about children does not even want to think about.

A very specific inspector comes to Polyarny in order to assess the readiness of facilities for the Biathlon Cup. Vitya, of course, has her own plans for him. Tolya and Kolya get a task from Irka – to change the mattress. And, as always, they approach the task very creatively. And Novikov goes to a regular grocery store for the first time in many years.

Lomaev decides to set up representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North against Vitya. Will it work? Kolya offers Tolya a new startup – a polar photo with a live boa constrictor. What could possibly go wrong? And Antonina Vasilyevna finds out that Nemolyaev has big gaps in the school curriculum.

Kolya offers Tolya to illegally get hold of gasoline at the carpool. Bolt decides to replace Angela's vitamins with slightly different pills. And Slava begins to doubt whether he should marry Lyuba.

Tolya and Kolya are really quarreling for the first time. And Vitya, under pressure from Antonina Vasilyevna, is forced to visit a theatrical enterprise.

Polina is trying to reconcile Bolt with Angela. Slava is looking for a witness for the wedding. And Nuzhdin decides to become an alpha male.

After learning that Tolya and Kolya are missing, Vitya asks Raisa to check at the factory. Kolya lies to Chinese mafiosi that he and Tolya are members of the local criminal group "Polar Deer". As soon as Novikov was left alone in his former office, he immediately went back to his old ways.

The "Polar Deer" are planning their first crime to attract the attention of the "Black Dragon". Vitya tells Polina that Liu is their new housekeeper. Polina is very happy to help, but Lyuba advises her to take a closer look at Liu.

Liu informs that the "Black Dragon" intends to bring some kind of goods, possibly drugs, to the Polar. The Polar Reindeer are going to find out everything in great detail. Angela shares a secret with Polina: how to properly keep track of a married woman.

Victor receives a threatening message from the "Black Dragon" and, on Liu's advice, takes the family out of the city. Tolya and Kolya have an important mission - they go to the factory to kidnap one of the Chinese mafiosi. Meanwhile, Novikov is looking for a new job.

Trying to restore power supply, Vitya, Liu and Bolt discover a cryptocurrency mining farm. Liu is sure that this trail will lead them to the Black Dragon.

Lyuba tries to help Polina distract herself and no longer think about parting with Vitya. And the "Polar Deer" are going to strelka with the "Black Dragon", but a big surprise awaits them there.

Pilipchuk is on the trail of the Polar Deer gang. Vitya forces Tolya and Kolya to get rid of their "swallow". Meanwhile, Bolt and Angela are trying to choose a name for the baby.

Vitya finds himself hundreds of kilometers from the Polar One - in Salekhard. By a strange coincidence, representatives of the "Black Dragon" also appear here, who have their own plans for this city. Novikov, pursuing Vitya, meets his youthful love.

The "Polar deer" are coming together again to deal the "Black Dragon" a fatal blow. Chinese Li revealed to Vita the last part of the scheme - how exactly the "Black Dragon" distributes its goods.
