Legendary ex All Blacks, Stephen Donald and Liam Messam, join forces with trainer and ex rugby player Joe Ngafahu to whittle down applications and select the players.

The Charlies get their personalised training plans following their Bronco test. Then they each get a 1 on 1 session with a player from their franchise team.

The Charlies' personal goal setting is made crystal clear as we tie up the remaining franchise visits. We then follow the Charlies into their homes.
