The Night Agent

The Night Agent is a sophisticated, character-based, action-thriller centering on a low-level FBI Agent who works in the basement of the White House, manning a phone that never rings — until the night that it does, propelling him into a fast-moving and dangerous conspiracy that ultimately leads all the way to the Oval Office.

Another good season! Great story and plot twists, very enjoyable. I'll watch another season if it's renewed.

I completely agree, and if we're on the technical flaws, no-one could take that many beatings, day after day, and still function. BUT, can I ask the question... why do we watch it? is it for escapism?, entertainment value? cos we're all actually spies and there's hidden messages being communicated in every episode :), my point being, we watch it and we are entertained by it, so is it really that big a deal that there's some small details wrong? At least they stepped up from season 1, when they all arrived at the storage place in 1 SUV, yet suddenly turn up to the container yard in 2 separate SUV's....

Yeah, good point. Despite the flaws, it does have a level of intrigue that keeps me coming back. Characters in these shows are superhuman. They can have a compound fracture of the tibia and still chase the bad guy down the streeet... and CATCH HIM! ;-)  The thing is, we allow for moderate suspension of disbelief but, some writers take that as carte blanche and totally overdo it.

Wow! He is so in love with her that he's unwilling to request a different assignment if and when he's released. What a guy.

I'm surprised people think this is such a great show. There are so many flaws in the scenerios they present I can't keep track. The bathroom door he shoved Catherine into would lock from the inside. The outside knob was off. The inside knob would have worked. No need to kick it off. Why did they make 15 batches of toxin before they decided to gas the crew? Kwh is not a measurement of system load it is a sum of useage. The level would be measured in amps (or watts).

I hope they get a better consultant and script supervisor for next season. At least people with a little common sense if nothing else.
