Hailed as one of the best sci-fi novels of the decade, Dark Matter is a story about the road not taken. The series follows Jason Dessen, a physicist, professor, and family man who – one night while walking home on the streets of Chicago – is abducted into an alternate version of his life. Wonder quickly turns to nightmare when he tries to return to his reality amid the multiverse of lives he could have lived. In this labyrinth of mind-bending realities, he embarks on a harrowing journey to get back to his true family and save them from the most terrifying, unbeatable foe imaginable: himself.

Season 2 was good but i think it got too messy with all the alternate versions of everyone. Hope theres one more season
Oh! They can't leave us with that ending. Throngs with torches will end up on their doorstep! And yeah, we need a scorecard or name tags or something. I feel like I'm coming down with dementia sometimes not knowing who's who. The only constant is Laurel. Thank heaven she doesn't get out much.

I'm thinking it's like a holodeck and most of them are projections until they are used.
Well, okay. It still just seems like a deliberate device to add an element of mystery and confusion. Now that we know evidentially that they are impertinant, irrelevant AND immaterial they are also superfluous, gratuitous and entirely unnecessary. I think I'll go watch Perry Mason now. ;-)
