Renovation Resort - Episode Guide

Scott and Bryan combine work and play in a four-season paradise as they kick off the second season of Renovation Resort. Four skilled builder/designer duos are transforming four waterfront resort homes into epic vacation rentals but their first challenge, the Primary Bedroom and Bathroom, is giving them all headboard headaches. All the teams know they have to bring their A-game in order to impress guest judges: Sarah Baeumler and Sabrina McGillivray.

Scott and Bryan make a splash on the dock as the Teams put their best feature forward in the Front Room and Entry Challenge. Creating the best first impression is crucial - will a playful front room be the judge's' cup of tea or will they appreciate a more bookish space? Maybe they'll prefer to just lounge around. Hoarder House Flippers' Mactar Mbaye joins Scott and Bryan to help crown a winner.

Scott and Bryan work together on the waterfront, while Teams head into the Great Room for the third challenge. They'll need creativity and fine workmanship to conquer the surprise Bonus Build. Melissa and Shannon ditch the colour drenching, while Cami and Chris stay true to their imaginative vision. Jake and Rasheeda become a little ‘unhinged' and Hollie gets crafty to try to secure a win. House of Ali's Ali Budd joins Scott and Bryan to judge the spaces.

Scott and Bryan go on a fishing trip while Teams tackle arguably the most important space in a vacation rental – the kitchen. Adding to the pressure, a big Bonus Build puts the teams in hot water. Cami and Chris angle for a win with their airy kitchen design. Melissa and Shannon try to hook the judges with their bold cabinet colours. Rasheeda and Jake experience some illuminating challenges, while the situation gets heated for kitchen experts Hollie and Graham. Last season's Renovation Resort champions, Rotem and Troy Lamsee, return to help Scott and Bryan pick the challenge winners.

Scott and Bryan task the teams with transforming two Bedrooms and the Upper-Level Bathroom in the fifth challenge. The Teams struggle to complete these three important spaces in just one week, and a thrifty Bonus Build becomes a challenging DIY project for everyone. Melissa raises her artistic ceiling. Hollie and Graham battle over bunk beds. Rasheeda struggles to take on another wallpaper project, and Cami and Chris aim to out-do their last bathroom design. With the interiors complete, Scott and Bryan send the teams outside to tackle their Outdoor Spaces. Rasheeda and Jake grapple to make their exterior opulent with a dwindling budget. Hollie and Graham cool down the competition with a big splash. The competition intensifies as teams head into their lake houses to transform their primary bedrooms and bathrooms; comfort and creativity take center stage as they showcase their vision and skill; while out on the lake, Scott and Bryan come up with a bold twist that pushes each duo even further out of their comfort zone; poor planning sends some teams scrambling towards risky shortcuts, and ambitious ideas spark clashes that threaten timelines.

Scott and Bryan head out for their annual fishing showdown; teams dive into their kitchens and dining areas; unexpected storage challenges test their creativity and with the clock ticking, temperatures rise between teammates; unexpected obstacles force teams to make tough decisions, and mounting setbacks threaten to derail even the strongest plans; guest judge Debra Salmoni steps in to help determine who brought the heat in the kitchen.

The teams are in for a big surprise as they're each tasked with building a whole other building, a bunkie! It's the ultimate test of both building and design skills, as the teams create unique purposes for the extra space that has to feel connected to their main property; Scott & Bryan catch some rays while teams struggle to complete their first build from the ground up; as the competition spreads out, the pressure mounts to finish in time.

Scott & Bryan work on adding value to the property, while the teams take on two small but critical spaces, the front entry and main bathroom. These high-traffic areas demand clever functionality and must make a stellar first impression. It's a designer showdown as Chalon & Tatianna both swing for the fences, Marcy finds herself stretched beyond her comfort zone, and Taylor's indecision explodes into a full-blown wallpaper fiasco!

The teams move onto the guest bedrooms, needing to transform two full spaces that must feel unique yet cohesive with the rest of their Lake House; these rooms must suit any type of guest, and maybe even outshine the primary! But as a blast from the past shakes up the challenge, the teams must get creative to adapt and impress; riding the highs of recent wins and reeling from tough losses, teams take bigger risks, and dig deep as time, energy and patience run thin in the final weeks.

To complete their lake houses, the teams take on the biggest task yet: the living room & and deck; these expansive spaces must flow together seamlessly, bringing the indoors out and the outdoors in to create a true lakefront oasis; with the finish line in sight, the pressure is higher than ever, and just when they think they've got it handled, Scott & Bryan introduce a surprise extra space that no one saw coming.
