Just as a fyi, contrary to what Amaury said about Tonka beans being "illegal" on all of the America's continent, it isn't true for Canada. I repeat: Tonka beans are totally legal in Canada, period. Amaury, please get your facts straight!
Is it me but as much as Adriano Zumbo (Zumbo's Just Desserts) was the intimidating type of person and as a host in his baking tv show, he seems ridiculously vulnerable in MasterChef as if he was shaken up to his core?
