In the early 2000s, southern Russia was rocked by a series of horrific attacks on the Don highway and other roads. Detectives are on the trail of a gang of "Amazons" led by the mysterious Smallpox. Detectives will have to rescue the hostages and stop the criminals, as well as find out how the girls are connected to the Chikatilo case.
