Mara is an 11-year-old foster kid with the power to traverse through people's nightmares in the nightmare world. When people in her town of Brighton City fail to wake up, it seems she's the only one who can save them. But after discovering other NightWalkers are trying to stop her from starting a war of the collected unconscious, Mara has to team up with her own monsters to take on the nightmares.
