A year earlier, in Kulob, a talented surgeon named Rashidov was charged by the police with possession and distribution of drugs. He was placed in a prison cell, where he met the terrorist Akhad.

The bandits take Sergei to their comrade, whose arm has been torn off. The victim is taken to the nearest veterinary clinic for surgery.

After the incident, the bandits keep an eye on Sergei. The police are interrogating the surgeon's wife, suspecting the man of being involved with the criminals.

Two assassins, who were hired by different people, meet in the janitor's room in search of their target. The wife is trying to find Sergei.

On the highway, the bandits try to stop Alexei, who was working on the leader of one of the gangs, Konrad. A shootout ensues.
