Comedian and presenter Charley Marlow and trans activist, author and TV personality Jaxon Feeley open the series with a conversation about community, identity and what it means to be visibly queer in 2026. Together they explore how the rhetoric of figures like Andrew Tate is filtering through to young people, why queer spaces still feel essential, and what it means to find home – not always in a place, but in people.

Unicorns actor Jason Patel and Dottie Shufflebottom – a straight ally who nursed people through the AIDS crisis and helped as a volunteer to establish Manchester Mardi Gras in the 1990s (now Manchester Pride) – span decades of LGBTQ+ history between them.
