Inspired by the stories of the legendary character Herodotus Cevdet, this series is a continuation of the beloved Ekmek Teknesi (The Bread Boat). Blending comedy and drama, Herodotus is famous for the stories he tells every evening in the neighborhood coffeehouse. No matter the time period in which they take place, his tales are told as if they happened just hours ago. His nickname comes from Herodotus, one of the oldest known historians.
