We do prefer official sources or your own summaries/biography over copied ones.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is considered an official source? On IMDB for instance, the source for Ben Feldman is listed as:

- IMDb Mini Biography By: PMK HBH Public Relations

That sounds more or less official to me.

Of course, I can always rewrite what I find out about someone. Just don't want to get into trouble over something like this. Plus I would like to help make this site as complete as possible.

You can refer to our Copyright Policy: it's only OK to copy data from an (official) source if the license permits it, or if the source is intended for re-distribution like a press release/press kit. That means copying from IMDB is not OK, unless you rephrase the biography in your own words.

Green "Edit" button at the bottom of the actor's page (Ctrl-E on your keyboard). However, you need to confirm your e-mail before you can do any editing.
