Finally getting this moved over from the edit thread, accidentally broke my laptops screen and had to wait a few days. Anyways, I copied the last full message from the Data/Edit forum to here as requested.

Not ADDING CREW, Managing/Selecting.

It is the Selecting Crew that is coming up like that, When I add new crew members most of them will go to the longer alphabetical part of the list, but once in a while now a newly added crew member will show up in the upper aphabetical listing. Below is the link to MANAGE CREW for Doctor Who and the Day Of The Daleks in the older series. Follow the link and click on MANAGE and look at the list that comes up, there are now 2 aphabetical sections to the list. Day of the Daleks is the current storyline that I am adding all cast, guest stars and crew to so you will have complete information.

I understand what you are saying now, but this isn't really a edit request, it's definitely a bug as it's the only show I've seen it affect, I have a suspicion that A. A. Englander as Camera Operator is causing it as that seems to be were the split begins.

I tried deleting A. A. Englander as Camera Operator completely off the guide, to see if it'd force the list to reorganise - it didn't. So I've re-added them now and added the episodes they appear in again for you. I would suggest this be reported in a seperate thread for Jan and David to respond to later on, as they don't really check into this thread that often :)

It is really strange, most of the crew I have to add are put into the original alphabetized listing which is the longer part, but every once in a while it will stick a name into the top shorter section of the double alphabetized listing. I am trying to get you a good cast, guest star and crew listing because a large majority of Doctor Who fans are very serious about who was in it, who worked on it, etc. I have been lucky in finding images of a lot of the older guest cast for the episodes I have been working on and have also found some crew pictures which is hard enough by itself.

The problem was that some of the show crew's names incorrectly started with a space character. It's fixed now and can't happen again. :)

Okay, I know what happened then. I copied and pasted the names off the BBC's official site for crew when adding them and must have copied a space in without noticing it.
