I'm not sure if this should be added or not:

It aired on NOTTV between 19:00 and 21:20 - according to MAL, thetvdb & IMDb it was 5 episodes of 27 minutes.

Because on the NOTTV schedule it only lists it 1 continuous show between 19:00 and 21:20, so I'm not sure if it only appeared as 5 episodes on a different day / network, or if NOTTV just choose to display it on their schedule like that.

if it is 5 eps it should be allowed, if it is one film, then not :)

I know that, I can confirm that at least on other broadcasts that there's 5 episodes (youtube upload) - each with credits, but not whether it was aired this way on the premiere network / date.

It is a bit hard for me to determine as I don't speak/read Japanese, but it could have been a marathon that day. I would stick to the five episodes for now unless proven otherwise :)
