Surprised Code Black is renewed, more surprised there is still no news on Limitless. I would have had those reversed, honestly. Limitless had better ratings and is a CBS produced show, while CB is produced in part with ABC and it's ratings were uninspiring to say the least.

But LImitless had an almost perfect ending, where can they go from there ?

Limitless was a fine series, not great, but I think it would not be beneficial for them to create a second season after such an ending.

The unofficial word on Limitless is that CBS passed on it, and now the production company (also CBS) is shopping it around. So that there's no cancellation announcement can only be good news as it means they're talking to someone interested.

I never watched it, so I can't say anything about its quality. I wouldn't read too much into those reports of it being shopped either. Nearly every series out there that gets canceled has folk hoping for NetFlix, Hulu or some other savior to come in and give it a last minute reprieve. CBS upfronts are Wednesday, if there is no mention of it there, it's a safe bet the show is done.

Here is the ABC Fall 2016 schedule ... could be an interesting fall for Agents of SHIELD as it is pushed later in the evening to make room for a 2 hour comedy block
