Formula 1 ??????

Everything but the actual races can be added. As the races will be aired on numerous networks around the world. Anything that is just made for the Sky channel alone can be added :).

Tom wasn't entirely correct by that statement. You could add everything which is only Sky related, but Practice one up to The Race are not allowed as this feature will be airing in several countries at the same time :

Is it allowed highlights http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/14379/formula-1 on TVmaze ? since you removed Formula 1 with all seasons that aired on Sky Sports

As our policy was just implemented a few weeks ago, there are still some shows needed to be removed, so good catch :). It is deleted

That's what I meant to say, was half asleep when I typed it. I meant the magazine/news type programmes are fine to be added :-p.

Here we go again with another site not allowing Sports.... TheTVDB did the same thing and banned F1, WWE, etc.....

Well i get why you are doing it but then you need to put something in place that it does not auto add or sumthing it has to get vetted if any sports do get added.

thesportsdb will seem to be the only site allowing all sports no matter where it is aired.

WWE is fine to be added, it airs regularly and premieres only on one channel, F! and UEFA Eurochampionship for example is not :)

But the Name of the Show is Formula 1 2016 RACE NAME xxxxx so why cannot there be an generic F1 Field listing all networks.

Is this possible at all ?

Just a thought to try and solve this :)

the problem is that some "sport events" air on 50 or more networks worldwide at the same time, this is not possible for us. tvmaze always lists the network that premieres the show, with our current approach we cannot do this :)

Just to be clear: the vast majority of sports shows are allowed. The only thing that isn't allowed are "sports events" where the exact same content airs (live) in many different countries simultaneously. We can't properly handle those in the current system, so they're not allowed for now.
