tvmaze listing says it aired may 21st, 2016

but according to their site it will not air until June.
The Wine Show will return in June for part 2 of the series, starting with Episode 7.

I think the entire episode list is a mess; from what I can gather, it airs sunday on ITV4 then repeats the following saturday on ITV
At some point, someone put episode 3 as being the next saturday (whereas that's actually the repeat of episode 2).
But yes, you are correct in saying that it didn't air on 21st (someone just put in as being a week forward).
I'll sort it out shortly
Done, except for the time for episode 5 (can't confirm it) & episode 7's airdate is blank as it doesn't say when in June it's airing
Yes, I was the one that originally added the series to TVMaze & I did set it correctly to ITV4 etc.
I guess someone added some newer eps I hadn't added myself & set them for the Saturday for whatever reason.
Easy mistake to make, I guess, as you see something in the tv guide airing on ITV and assume that's the first airing.

I still have the tv guide for 7-13 May, so can cofirm it aired at 7pm. I have updated the listing :)
