They have not "gone missing".

As with all series that has many episodes and/or seasons, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, it says:

"The episode list was truncated because of the large number of episodes. Click here to show them all."

(Also, the entire series list is currently being edited to match the official episodeguide, so any anomaly that might occur is only temporary.)

what is currently listed as 2x15 Columbus: Legend or Liar? is a condensed 1hr episode of the previous 2-part Columbus episodes
the current 2x16 What to Know Before You Go probably belongs in the Specials list
and probably the same for 2x19 Most Extreme Adventures and 2x20 Global Game Show
with Columbus: Legend or Liar? gone or in the specials list with all the other specials the end of season 2 really looks like

2x16 - Shangri-La Found
2x17 - Lost Mexican City
2x18 - Incan Kings Mummy
2x19 - Nazi Gold Train

the July 6 episode titled Secrets of Shangri-La is a 1hr version of the earlier 2-part Shangri-La episodes

which will be a 1hr version of the recently aired 2-part Nazi Gold Train and Hitlers Atomic Secrets episodes

the real season 3 will not start until fall possibly winter season
