Obviously @ JuanArango, since it was you that created those characters, I assumed you knew what you were doing. :P
And your solution made sense, as all those actresses looks nothing alike, thus defeating the purpose of having a character image.
Maybe add age (or season) to the character-name? As some shows already have here, where they show the past, actors are added as “John Doe (young)” or similar to differentiate them from the “normal” version of the character “John Doe”.
And perhaps the rule should only apply to adult characters, as those rarely change actors as many times as child characters.
