Hi guys,

Well I am a little bit confused, I am not against support a site I use it's totally fair, but I would like to have some info about the total amount required. May be I didn't understand the way the payment works but it seems only a full year payment works...

I don't get why not 6 months, 3 months are not available instead of a full year ?

I know Paypal fees are a real pain to deal with so one month would not be worth it for you guys, but 3 or 4 months at least would be good I guess , no ?

Indeed, the current plans are billed yearly. As you guessed, the reason for this is payment processing fees: the more separate payments, the more we'll lose to fees.

We'll be offering monthly plans as well very soon, but they'll be more expensive to compensate for the extra cost.

Hi david,

Split the bill in half should do the trick for everyone without increase the amount may be.

I can imagine for some people afford 36€ is more complicated than 18€.

For TVmaze having some support even little is better than nothing, monthly plans could be more difficult I totally get that and that's why I proposed 3 months instead, but anyway mate you know what your are doing better than me ;-)

Thank you for your reply and your time.

Just something I think you should clarify...

Is that billed automatically at the start of each month/30-day period (like Netflix) or would you be required to buy it again each 30-day period you want it (one-off payment)?

Like the yearly plan, it's a subscription that renews every month until you cancel it. If that's unclear to more people, let us know. :)

There isn't a dedicated forum for silver members.

It's a badge that will show up in the forum and the comments.
