Guys, is anyone by a chance has Amazon.UK Prime account?
Season 5 of Ripper Street was premiered on October, 12, with episodes 2-6 scheduled to release weekly. But in the comments section at the Amazon people mentioned, that whole season was released at once. I have no way to check this, so for now i've set the airdates according to the original schedule.
If anyone can check this, it would be great.

I can verify, the entire season is currently up & available for viewing. (I can't view the eps myself as I'm currently out of the UK, but I can see them all listed and ready for download on my AmUK iPad app.)
Is that verifiable enough for you? :)
