I'm wondering why episodes are sometimes automatically imported from imdb and sometimes not..
For example: W817 http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/25548/w817
The episodes from imdb http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0296453/?ref_=nv_sr_1 are not imported.
I have given the imdb ID in the request of the show.

We never import episodes from imdb :)
I also added the show "wissel van de macht" today. How did these epi's get imported automatically? I only did the show request and didn't add any episode.

short answer is they didn't. another user added them either manually or via thetvdb bulk tool.

Manually added by one of our members. Episodes may be imported automatically via the THETVDB ID, however if it is a non-english page the importer does not always work due to an endpoint of tvdb. IMDB ID's are purely used to find shows using their id :)
