Ethics on TVMaze

Because a couple of weeks ago I had my objections to the way you recorded data (starting from here http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/1618/edit-requests?page=233), you were looking for some excuse to disentangle me. That supposedly I hacked your page by adding more TV genres that not allowed. After explaining everything here (http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/640/pending-verification?page=4#29466) and to admin David personally (as JuanArango told me to do), instead of admitting that there is a bug in the system for which someone technician has to do something, he foolishly insists that I was deliberately harming the database, because he wanted to punish me not to be able to feed anymore. Is this enough punishment for such a "hacker" like me? It was just an excuse to get me out of feeding. This is the morality you maganers show through here and you should be ashamed of it. Let's be learned at least about your ethics, for other members to know what kind of people they have to do. You are despicable.

I'm sorry, but I can't accept your explanation. Without a doubt, there was a system in place to prevent more than 3 genres being added to a show. This system was in place for everyone on the site - even me. After you denied the allegations of hacking, I had more than 5 people verify tirelessly whether it was possible to add more than 3 genres to a show in any way. Each of them confirmed to me that it was impossible to do so regardless of what they tried. I also spent an hour trying so myself and concluded that it was absolutely impossible to do this without deliberately and actively fooling the system.

Since you can't offer any other explanation either, my decision stands. If this truly happened by some freak coincidence that noone can explain instead of a deliberate hack, I offer my sincere apologies.

As you can see, I'm a new member here. You can check when I created my account, you can check my account in RetroDB and the feeding I'm doing there from February-March of 2010 (it's a wikia, you can see ANYTHING and ask about me in retromaniax.gr), you can check my account in IMDB too (not the work on feeding though, neither I can see this). So, I woke up one morning and told to myself, "I have to destroy a web database!". Then, I started feeding to gain your trust, asking questions in forum of how you work here, debating sometimes on some matters, making my own "series database" in "Follows" that took me plenty of days/hours and still do and then, three weeks ago, I decided to trash all that efford of mine, made my magic (because in programming I'm on the very basics) and suddenly a problem occured! And you're calling me here to prove that I'm not an elephant. I'm a real danger and you should be afraid, not only to lock me out of feeding! Really??

I cannot prove you I am an elephant because I'm not. This I can is IF you let me, I can show you exactly what steps I did (I don't remember the exact ones because I need to have access on feeding again), proving that there is a glitch in your system and not my fault. If I can do this again, we can work on this together. But stopping applies in private messages and discussing that in public to resolve a problem accusing anyone of something he doesn't aware of, resolves nothing. The solution to each problem is not to hidding that under the carpet. Another feeder will occur with the same problem tomorrow, and a 3rd and a 4th one... New hackers! Right? Who are those 5 that told you they tried and didn't worked on them? Should I say some nicknames? I'm pretty sure I can guess some of them. Probably some "trusted" ones that debated me in forum back then.

tnt rejected this show (http://www.tvmaze.com/request/view?id=18377) without reasoning why, then I posted here (http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/2677/edit-requests?page=38) asking if you needed more data from me or proof about my allegations on that show. Then, the same member, started to slander me that I have repeatedly asked the same things and should know about the policy and that I was repeatedly submitted that production. I asked him for proofs of his words and he had not, so he decided himself to erase the whole debate. Part of my answer that someone deleted was this:

"I requested that show for the first time. That's a slander and I dare you to show in public the request ID on my history. Also, I discussed that subject of your policy ONCE and not "many times" and it started here (http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/1618/edit-requests?page=248). That makes a double slander by you. As about your policy, you mean that one that makes a bunch of productions (animated & live action productions from different networks and different show categories (web series and TV series)) as "one and the same show"? Four months ago (http://www.tvmaze.com/threads/1618/edit-requests?page=248) I gave you examples of such productions. Besides that, that policy doesn't work on every TV show but only on those you decide. How about "Doctor Who"? The new series starts where the old series "ends". Why you don't count it as "one show" as your policy dictates? It's the same network too (B.B.C.)! Why you use policy's instructions on "Twin Peaks" and not "Doctor Who"? Why you use them on "The X-Files" and not on "Doctor Who"? An example of a double standard."
